Ingredients for of blueberry dessert
- 2 egg yolks
- 10cl milk
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- vanilla sugar
- half a lemon
- 200g Ricocrem ricotta cream
- 10cl cream
- 1cl rum
- 150g blueberries.
Preparation of blueberry dessert
Beat the egg yolks, milk and vanilla sugar in a bowl set over a pot of hot water, then bring the water to the boil; take off the heat and add the softened gelatin. When the mixture has cooled, add the Ricò, rum, lemon juice and zest. Before it sets, add the whipped cream, pour immediately into glasses and allow to cool. When serving, garnish with blueberries and a blob of whipped cream.
