Ingredients for Tropicana surprises
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 150g Ricocrem ricotta cream
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- cinnamon to taste.
Preparation of Tropicana surprises
Cut the puff pastry into small squares to line the casings. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C. Slice the bananas fairly thickly. Cool the casings and add a layer of ricotta cream. Add the banana slices, a drop of honey on each casing and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
