Ingredients for ricotta cheesecake
- 4 eggs
- 400g Ricocrem ricotta cream
- 150g chocolate chips
- 200g dry biscuits
- 100g butter
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation of ricotta cheesecake
Prepare the base by mixing the dry biscuits with butter and place in a tray. Beat the yolks, add the ricotta cream and chocolate drops. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and gently add to the mixture. Bake at 170C° for almost one hour.
