Ingredients for sicilian cassata ice cream
- 200g Ricocrem ricotta cream
- 100g fresh cream
- 100g milk
- 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 20g candied fruit
- 80g dark chocolate in squares
- a pinch of cinnamon powder
- a sachet of vanillin
- wafers and mint leaves to garnish
Preparazion of sicilian cassata ice cream
Put all the ingredients, except the candied fruit and chocolate, into a jug and mix well with an immersion blender. Place the mixture in an ice cream maker to set. When almost ready but still soft, add the candied fruit and chocolate. Put in the freezer for at least one hour to obtain the right consistency. Garnish with wafers and mint leaves.
